Changelog API registry notes token usage
The Holdings API registry now describes the Command changelog list and submit endpoints, including model, token count, spend justification, and what is left. The blank Ship log tab is documented with the cause and the guard that keeps that tab from dying on unrelated queries.
Documents upload limit matches PHP ceiling
POST /api/documents/upload.php returned File exceeds server upload limit when PHP upload_max_filesize was below the app 25 MB check. Raised .user.ini to 32M/40M, added effective max helpers, clearer API errors, and client-side size check on the documents dashboard.
Changelog export registry notes the date window
The Holdings API registry row for Command changelog export now names the Eastern From and To dates and the 5000 row cap.
Partners can add EE Holdings on top of ventures
Fix third company add on partners board: upsert roles, promote venture-only cards, seed EE Holdings Partner for existing partners plus Kohry and RWS CTO.
Company delete requires POST and CSRF
Holdings company delete no longer accepts GET. Delete and bulk delete require POST with CSRF. List and view use POST forms.
Primary host bucked.org live
Bucked Fight League primary domain is bucked.org. Homepage canonicals, YouTube hub, and dashboard login return all use bucked.org. company_map updated.
Bucked homepage loads clean on bucked.net
Rebuilt the Bucked Fight League public home with a dark combat UI, clean URLs for bucked.net, company map entry, and root rewrite so the app serves without /app/bucked in the bar.
Holdings groups auto-sync to Project Command
After a successful group create, edit, or membership save on the Holdings panel, Holdings POSTs action=sync to Project Command so mirrored groups stay current. The panel links to projectcommand.reversal.org/groups/ for the ops mirror.
Users desk shows all-platform total
The users panel Platform totals fold now shows one combined count across Holdings and every mirrored app, with Holdings and portfolio broken out underneath.

Users desk shows who is waiting
The pending users page led with platform totals, so the accounts that need activation were below the fold. It now leads with real wait, signup, and unverified counts, lists the oldest pending accounts first, and keeps platform totals one click away.
Panel users shows all venture account totals
Ensured ee_user_mirror_config covers EE Financial, Trapper, Vending Valley, ItemDash, and the other user-bearing portfolio apps so /panel/users/ Platform user totals lists them. Added Vending Valley (was missing) and prioritized labels in platform_user_totals.php.
Documents and Holdings dates use Eastern EST format
EE Holdings boots America/New_York and formats document timestamps as Jan 10, 2026, 3:45 PM EST instead of UTC ISO pills.
Admin desk UI on panel home
Legacy /admin/ now redirects to /panel/. The Holdings executive dashboard gets a Fieldnote-ordered desk: kickers, KPI polish, quick links, filterable live company directory, and paper tokens -- while keeping the existing panel shell.
Holdings authorize keeps a signed-in account
The EE Financial authorize popup no longer signs you out when you are already in EE Holdings. Google on that popup starts on ee.financial, and the continue card stays on the signed-in account.
Shared EE Holdings SSO button helper
Adds app/shared/includes/ee_holdings_sso_button.php so any app can render the ee_button_ids Holdings SSO element.
Apps page shows the portfolio again
/apps/ was returning partner JSON in the browser. It now renders the portfolio directory. Partner URLs stay at /api/partners/.
Mind tracks app evidence and checks
Private EE Holdings desk for the owner. It scans repository evidence into a knowledge graph, writes a documentation pack, and keeps passed, not configured, and could not run as separate check results.

The media order endpoint description now includes sales_person and the two-user Connect split on the Reversal structure.
