How we roll up companies and software

Same four steps in every quadrant. Software hangs under the company that owns it. We do not invent a dollar rollup.

Companies first, software second. Shared platforms stay in the quadrant of the company that owns them. Services and Industrials stay on the full map until they get a primary quadrant tag.

1. Tag the company Every operating company gets one primary sector on the company map: Finance, Ecommerce or Retail, Technology, or Media. That sector is the only key that puts it in a quadrant.
2. Collapse aliases Rows that share the same public domain count as one company. Catalog aliases (same CRM under three slugs) do not inflate the rollup.
3. Attach software Software is the sellable catalog SKU on that company, plus the app folder and named API surfaces on the map. A company can own many software lines.
4. Sum the tree Quadrant total = distinct companies + software lines under them. Shared tools in another sector stay there. We do not invent revenue to force a rollup.

Finance Finance rollup: payment hub, terminal, ledger, and family-office companies. Their catalog SKUs (API keys, terminal seats, close packs) hang under those companies. Ecommerce Ecommerce rollup: storefront, inventory, and fulfillment companies. Software is checkout, catalog, and warehouse tools -- not the holding company itself. Technology Technology rollup: SaaS and internal platforms. Other quadrants may consume this software; the company still rolls here if its sector is Technology. Media Media rollup: distribution, ads, and creator companies. Software is the studio, publisher, or ad stack attached to that domain.

We are rolling out a corner agent on company sites across the EE Holdings network. It sits on the page. It does not replace the site. It gives a visitor one short menu for the next real step.

These are on now.

Reversal, at reversal.org. Buy hosting, sell hosting, become a partner, open the marketplace, or send a custom job. A partner link such as ref=kohry selects that partner so the visitor does not have to hunt for the name.

Budgeted, at budgeted.capital. Open free research, the Symbol3 terminal, or ask for a demo.

OG Brokerage. A guest gets a short hello and a path to a referral code.

Marvis, at marvis.reversal.org. A signed-in person gets Desk, the ship log, and a job application.

More company homepages will get an agent over the next few weeks. We are not switching the whole network on in one night. If you open a site and the corner is not there yet, it is still on the list.

Two years of building the holding company, the finance desk, and the operating companies. We aim to finish Core and Finance modules for users by 2027.

Members and associates,

This is our first public stakeholder letter for 2026. It is a working note, not a vanity deck. For the last two years we have been building EE Holdings as an operating parent: a company map, a product catalog, shared payments, shared identity, and a desk of companies that can reuse the same rails.

From 2024 through 2026 the work had three jobs.

First, stand up Core -- the holding-company operating system. That now includes a single company map, a product catalog, on-page Stripe checkout through the payment hub, helpdesk and careers, a global changelog, an API registry, clean public URLs, and this Core briefing. Companies and software roll up into four quadrants: finance, ecommerce, technology, and media. We tag a company by sector, collapse aliases that share a domain, attach catalog SKUs or the map app and APIs, and sum the tree. We do not invent revenue to force a rollup.

Second, build the Finance modules users will actually open. EE Financial is the market terminal: symbol desks, earnings and statements, portfolios, and a developer API that sits in front of upstream data so customers never hold the raw vendor key. Ledger Advanced is double-entry books -- cash, P&L, and trial balance for households and organizations. EE Ventures is the family-office and allocation desk. Budgeted covers household planning. Those four, plus the payment hub, are the finance stack we intend to finish for users.

Third, keep shipping the other operating companies on the same rails. Technology: Tagify, Compacter with Labored, Commuted, Command, Reversal Email, Launch Engine, and the internal Brain and Apps directory. Ecommerce: ItemDash, Vending Valley, Trapper Outdoors. Media: TrapGod, ExoticExpansion, and the media studio. Adjacent desks -- OG Brokerage, Nexora, Recovery, Backout, Reversal Sales, Reversal Recycle -- stay on the map even when they are not the briefing frame.

What we will not do: publish audited financials we do not have, or pretend a chart is a close. Counts on Core come from the live map. If a number is missing, we leave it blank.

Looking to 2027: we hope to finish the remaining build by then. The priority is to make the main Core modules and the Finance modules available for users -- identity, catalog, checkout, the public Core desk, EE Financial, Ledger Advanced, and the payment hub -- as products people can register for and use, not only internal tools. Ecommerce, technology, and media keep shipping, but Core and Finance are the first user-facing finish line.

EE Holdings is a parent that operates. The Core page is the same map we use internally: four quadrants, the companies that sit in each, and the principles we will not trade away for a quarter of noise.

Finance funds and underwrites. Ecommerce sells and fulfills. Technology makes the stack reusable. Media carries the story in English, on channels we can audit.

If a company does not fit a quadrant, it is still on the map -- it just is not the briefing frame. Ask for the operating tape, not a vanity deck.

Dear EE Shareholder,

I am proud to announce the commencement of our quarterly shareholder newsletter. We never said investing was easy, but we know it will pay off in the long term horizon. I know out of all people that this last twelve months has been grueling and brutal for any shareholder in the market. Do not expect it to get any easier. But whatever you do make sure to keep going don't give up as you have come this far. Consistency is key right now and you must stay with the foundation you have built.

I hope over the last twelve months you have learned and discovered things that you will remember and take with you for the rest of your life. If you have not learned anything new over the last twelve months, I recommend and suggest you read and pick up one book before 2023. Its coming sooner than you can imagine. Hopefully you discover some knowledge that is bigger than this universe.

We will be adding a lot of new features inside EE. New software/application to receive feedback on your portfolio and what to buy and sell. This will be available for free for all existing paid members.

I will continue to buy the same 10ish holding I have been buying for about a year now. These holdings are Sofi which I will try not to buy a lot of but will keep an eye on it at these low $5-$6 price range. I will continue to stack GNW, GOOGL, BLK, INTC, BX, HIFS, VCISY, APO, ICE as well as great vanguard index funds. I am also looking to acquire some new stocks into my portfolio over the remainder of this year which will be GS, PRU, and META. I will keep at these and go all the way this these as I do not see any other companies fitting these. Cant get better than those. I remain very bullish on all my holdings and recommend them to anyone looking to buy more or new stocks.

I expect the market to remain in a downslide until maybe a year or two from now with hopeful wishful thinking. Right now, is the time of our lifetimes where opportunity and panic have aligned. Make sure to seize this opportunity as there is life changing opportunities arising amid the fear of the market right now. As long as you follow the EE value principals, and you continue to buy undervalued stocks at a discount this will protect you from any major risk or losses.

Keep your head up and keep going. Learn new things and read new books anything to grow your knowledge and skills right now. Do not forget to keep cash on the side for new opportunities that may arise in the coming future. I wish you the best on your investing journey and me as well as Ryan are very proud of where you are now and where you will be in the future. We are confident that you are on the track for greatness. Keep at it and you will have some great success down the road if you keep on it. Keep holding and buying more of what you can afford.

I am very glad that we have been able to see year two and almost three with EE. We would not have been able to make it this far without you guys. We will aim to continue growing and expanding EE for our members as well as our members features. Remain different and stick to your guns and continue to dominate 2022.
