Homepage at eehomesystems.com leads with landscaping (lawn, hardscape, cleanouts) instead of multi-trade piles focus. Primary phone (617) 639-6380 is shown as direct tel: links in hero, header, contact, sticky mobile bar, and floating FAB for faster call conversion.
Replaced free-form app graph with ownership-aware Portfolio Architecture. Entities declare ownership_type, owned_by_ee, and portfolio layer. External partners (DJ Milk) use EXTERNAL badge and dashed cards; default Portfolio tree; Ownership and layered Dependency views; click detail for OWNS/USES/PARTNER relationships.
Punch clocks and entry times on the Global Changelog panel were skewed by mis-parsed MySQL timestamps and browser GMT offsets. List/view/analytics now use UNIX_TIMESTAMP(created_at), convert display to America/New_York with EST/EDT labels, and JS no longer shows local/GMT zone names.
Panel now shows a live Eastern clock, last-punch elapsed timer, 24-hour creation face, daily punch card, and recent punches so operators can track when entries are created. Backed by GET /api/changelog/analytics.
Added Structure (parent category/sector/tier), Systems (vision cards linked to ee_companies slugs), and Demos gallery; seeded major demo processes; optional is_demo/system_key SQL columns.

Root .htaccess blanket /app/ 403 was blocking EE Blueprint. Allowlisted /app/blueprint/* like Brain so dashboard and API load for Holdings admins.
Replaced https://compacter.net/assets/icon.png with logo.png in footer anchors, generators, portfolio, and sponsor configs so external embeds show the current Compacter brand mark.
Login failed because login/index.php and includes/auth.php were zero-byte (plus other includes). Restored from git and Cursor local history. Added admin Error console link on the user dashboard to /catch-errors/.
the_header.php was emptied on disk, so the_header_head() and the_header() were undefined and the homepage fatally crashed. Restored the full reusable navbar include so public pages load again.
Fixed HTTP 401 noise on the panel bell: badge polling no longer hits /app/eeholdings/panel/api (blocked or session-hostile for browser calls). Uses /api/notifications/badge.php with the same session + 2FA gate as list/read.
Badge polling uses soft session auth (HTTP 200 + count 0 when unauthenticated) and resolves ee_holdings/compacter user ids. F12 catcher and client badge JS ignore soft-auth failures so the bell poll does not spam the error console.
Admin panel now auto-captures JS, console, and failed API/XHR errors into a floating F12 badge and Error Console with one-click AI-ready copy reports. Optional DB log via migration_client_error_log.sql.
Panel empty because CLI had no key and platform list often missing on prod. Added deployable platforms JSON, master (*) keys for monorepo, and panel Log entry form so admins can submit without API key.
New POST /api/internal/llm/chat_completions for trusted eefinance callers so Financial can request free-form chat JSON without embedding OpenAI keys.
The pasted Catch Errors report had Events: 0 (nothing to fix). Improved empty messaging, fixed F12 endpoint to clean /api/panel/client-errors.php, booted catcher on user dashboard for admins, and added Test capture on /catch-errors/ so operators can verify local+server logging.
New /app/blueprint product: Puzzle-style process maps stored in ee_holdings, FK to ee_companies. Includes schema, seed, admin canvas UI, and JSON APIs for workflows/steps/tools/teams.
Fixed fatal htmlspecialchars error when term_values contain arrays such as partner_splits on partnership revenue contracts. EE Holdings/platform parties (@ee.holdings) are signature-exempt so contracts can fully execute without a platform human signature.
Date column and entry detail now show just now, minutes ago, hours ago, or days ago for recent entries, with absolute date on hover; older entries keep the calendar date.
