EE Holdings built Command as the internal operating system for the portfolio. Operators use it to turn ideas into projects with survival targets, attach billed work, and see whether each initiative is earning the right to keep consuming time and capital.

One model for every initiative
Every live product in the EE Holdings family sits in the same hierarchy: company, then venture, then project. Command forces that structure so a brand is not a folder of chats and a separate spreadsheet of bills.
The home view is Overlook: ranked projects, survival status, monthly recurring revenue against the survival target, and a short next-proof action. The score is explainable (revenue, time-to-revenue, launch, reuse, momentum, efficiency, urgency) rather than a black box.
Survival economics, not vanity metrics
Commercial projects carry a survival MRR target and a revenue deadline. Recurring revenue and recurring costs roll into monthly figures. One-time setup fees stay one-time so they never masquerade as MRR.
Operating bills now live in containers on each project: hosting, domains, SaaS, and other monthly spend. Amount and frequency (monthly, quarterly, twice a year, yearly) convert to a monthly equivalent so domain renewals and droplets show up in the same burn number.
Job contractor cost is a different ledger. Hidden cost of goods stays on jobs so customer-facing sell prices never leak vendor cost.
Work, traffic, and the EE stack
The same project row owns goals, tasks, documents, economic splits, and billed jobs. Tracking pixels and traffic summaries attach to a project so operators can see whether a site is moving without leaving the control plane.
Public products still live on their own domains. Command is the operator layer behind them. Partners and investors can browse the public companies directory; they cannot open Command.
